Inner peace

Sit somewhere in a park.
Listen to the sounds around you, watch what is going on, see the people passing by, feel the grass beneath your feet and feel the wind. But don't judge any of it, don't condemn and don't criticise.
Listen to the silence beneath all those sounds.
Feel your inner energy, feel your presence.
Watch your thoughts as they arise and let them go, just let go of every thought. The watcher behind those thoughts is the real you.
Now you are conscious.
